Jewish Badges

Bulgarian Jewish Starus quarter coin

One of the rarer Holocaust Jewish badges. This one is 100% original. It is made of bakelite and was ordered to be worn by Jews in Bulgaria during WWII under fascist/Nazi rule. since the Bulgarian government was just a bit "milder" in its treatment of its Jewish citizens a less conspicuous form of "marking" its Jewish citizens...instead of the large cloth star, a yellow star was ordered to be worn and it took the form of a bakelite button.
